Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

Once order ship, you will not eligible for a return. You can only exchange the item.
Our exchange policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since order delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchangeable (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange order will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@surgicals.pk or contact us on our WhatsApp.

Late or missing exchange products (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an exchange yet then contact surgicals.pk. There is often some processing time before we ship your product.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
